We have partnered with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, the nation’s leading provider of structural warranties, to provide you the industry’s most comprehensive protection available.  Your warranty includes protection against workmanship and distribution systems defects, as well as structural defects throughout the warranty term specified on your Warranty Validation Certificate.  With the industry’s leading structural warranty backing you up, you can rest assured you made the right decision buying a new home from us.


What's Covered?*


  • 6 full years of structural-defect coverage for load-bearing components


  • 1 full year of distribution systems surety coverage against defects in wiring for your electrical system, piping for your plumbing and ductwork for your mechanical system


  • 1 full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials

Warranty Service

In addition to the provided warranty coverage, we are providing you an enhanced warranty service, Front Line Warranty Service (FLWS), administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.  Front Line Warranty Service will be your dedicated team for all warranty-related service requests and questions. 

Submitting Warranty Requests

Please submit non-emergency warranty requests at the 30 day and 11th  month anniversary of your home. We recommend utilizing your 30 day warranty requests for big items that might have been missed during your blue tape final walk through before you closed on the home. 


To submit your warranty service request, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to and select Sign-In. If you are a first time user, choose Register/Create Account under the Homeowner tab and click on Register my Structural Warranty*. 

  2. Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request.  When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.

  3. Once your request is submitted, a FLWS team member will reach out to both you and your builder.

Emergency Warranty Requests

If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation such as no hot water, total loss of electricity or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the FLWS team and then reach out directly to the appropriate contractor. Please note, if you contact the emergency subcontractors with a NON EMERGENCY issue, you as the homeowner will be charged for the service.

  • Excessive leak, one that is a slow drip is not considered excessive.

  • A drain back up
